About the Masia
Vacation Rural House Sheet
The Masia, known as "The Nova de N'ila House", takes the surname of the Illa family, ancestors of more than 10 generations.
This Masia is renovated 20 years ago, although in this 2023 a comprehensive reform has been carried out with the equipment adapted to rural house or holiday accommodation.
The site is privileged since it is located in the Montseny Natural Park, Biosphere Reserve.
The Masia has views of the mountains and wrapped in nature in its pure state.
On its banks it has a river, trails, routes and in a perimeter of less than 1 km you can find mountain restaurants and activities in the area.
A few 50km from the city of Barcelona and Girona and well communicated by the AP-7 highway that is about 11 km.
This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms (1 convertible into a double room) and a fabulous fireplace with its typical bread oven, from its origins.
Includes being able to use exterior barbecue with the firewood and furniture

Includes fully equipped kitchen, towels and savannas for each reserve.
The porch and its landscaped areas complement the stay to enjoy pure air and disconnection.

Location, environment and indications to get
The Nova house is in the Montseny Natural Park, Universal Heritage of the Biosphere.
It consists of 150 m2 at your disposal with large areas to carry out activities. At his edge of the house he has a river that since time immemorial caresses his stay, perfect to complement his stay.

-> It can be arrived by train, going down at the Santa Maria de Palautordera station and climbing to the feet of the house on a regular line bus. (consult for schedules)
